Business Developer- Cincinnati Full Time

Hays and Sons is a full service Disaster Restoration company with over 40 years’ experience providing service to our customers during their time of need! We are looking for an experienced Business Developer to join our Cincinnati team.

Job duties include:

-Develop relationships with referring clients where Hays is their primary restoration company.
-Drive qualified referrals from new and existing clients.
-Attend business development functions (e.g. trade shows, conventions, industry networking groups) on behalf of Hays + Sons.
-Partner closely with operations team to ensure a high level of communication with referring clients.
-Be available to support the operations team during high volume times.
