This is a stable and critical role with a where you will be valued and respected for your experience and skills!
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all assigned contracts are completed on time and within budget. As stated in the original proposal
See that labor costs are optimized through ongoing oversight and planning with the appropriate subcontractors and carpenters
Proficient with job progress within Project Management Software
Contact every assigned customer at least twice a week with progress reports
Maintain reliable subcontractor base
Attend pre-construction meetings
Coordinate the need, use and movement of materials, equipment, and personnel between jobs
Ensure that all expenditures are first supported by an approved purchase order
Participate in on-call rotation
