Contents Project Manager Full Time

Hays and Sons is a full service Disaster Restoration company with over 40 years’ experience providing service to our customers during their time of need! We are looking for an experienced Contents Restoration Project Manager to join our Indy team.

Job duties include:

-Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of personal property restoration projects
-Estimate project and communicate with insurance adjusters
-Coordinate field personnel for each assigned job
-Explain process and timeline with homeowners and maintain optimal communication throughout entire project
-Complete tasks within CRM (photo uploads, document uploads, compliance tasks)
-Attend weekly production meetings and provide accurate updates on all current projects
-Work within referral program guidelines, providing updates within specified timeframes
-Emergency response and on call rotation participation
