We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Executive team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, with the ability to work independently and efficiently. The primary functions of this role are listed below:
· Assist in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and meetings
· Attend executive meetings to produce meeting minutes and assist with follow up on action items
· Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
· Schedule town halls and leadership meetings
· Book travel and lodging for leadership team
· Assist with management of employee rewards programs
· Manage event tickets for business development efforts
· Oversee corporate office needs (inventory of office supplies, organization of meeting rooms, coordination of needed maintenance, etc.)
· Compile and deliver reports on a recurring basis
· Mail birthday and anniversary cards to team members
· Assist with management of peer to peer recognition program
· Manage all mailing and deliveries needed throughout the corporate team
