Hays and Sons is a full service construction and disaster restoration company with over 40 years’ experience providing service to our customers during their time of need! We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Lafayette, IN team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some construction experience who wants to take the next step toward a career in construction management.
Working directly with Project Managers both in the office and at job sites, this role will assist with the following:
- Work with PMs on daily administrative tasks
- Pull permits and required documentation
- Subcontractor scheduling
- Create and manage work orders
- Procure jobsite photos
- Attend work order meetings
- Attend quality and building inspections
- Job site clean up and material pick up and delivery
- Participate in periodic on-call emergency schedule
- Attend weekly production meetings
