We are currently looking for the perfect fit to fill our Project Manager role in Lafayette, IN. Below are details of this position.
Job duties include:
-Management of re-construction projects from start to finish
-Coordination of subcontractors and material for assigned jobs
-Creation of accurate budgets for all projects
-Procurement of signed paperwork and photos of all jobs assigned
-Ensuring that all jobs remain on schedule and within budget
-Participation in weekly on call rotation for emergency response
-Attend weekly production meetings
-Job site clean up and material pick up and delivery
-Utilize job tracking software with each job
-Follow purchase order process for all material and labor
Two or more established interior subcontractor relationships are strongly preferred, but not required.
